I've been going to this dental office for over 10 years, and the care has always been outstanding. Dr. Paul and the entire team are professional, friendly, and consistently make every visit comfortable. I highly recommend this practice for excellent dental care!

Best office. Period. I am a patient here for 10+ years. Consistently professional doctors and supporting staff. People always greet me cordially. My job is to just come there and I know that I will be treated right. This means both help and attention. I recommended those guys to all my friends and relatives. All of them are also very happy with Highland Dental.

Dr. Paul and his staff are the best. As someone who avoided the dentist for a bit too long due to irrational fears, I'm glad I came here as they are always friendly and caring in their treatment. Through several visits over the last couple of years, they've helped me to better my health and I'm really grateful for their professionalism.

Over the years I had a number of crowns and bridges done at other offices and always had to come at least two to three times for adjustments. The bridge recently done by Dr. Paul was nothing but perfect. The new bridge was placed once and I did not need to come back for an adjustment — it fitted perfectly. The front office was very friendly and helpful in accommodating my schedule.

Paul and the team are absolutely amazing. I have had Paul as a dentist since 2009 (when they were located on Winter Hill). Paul is a true master in his craft, direct and downright honest about what is best for the patient — qualities almost impossible to find these days. I have bad teeth (grew up in an area without fluoride water) but Paul has helped me keep my natural teeth. I would never see another dentist. Paul is truly talented, and after the first visit you will quickly realize that he's a hidden gem. I highly recommend Highland Dental — they are simply the best!

I would highly recommend Highland Dental. I have been going here for a few years now, and they have exceptional staff! I would recommend an appointment with Dr. Nelly — she's awesome! Her appointments are quick, usually in and out in 25 minutes for a regular cleaning. I have gone here for some fillings and a root canal. For the root canal I had to make three appointments, all with Dr. Nelly, and she was excellent and patient with me throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly, and as an end result I've had no issue with the tooth that was treated — no pain or anything. If you ever have to change your appointment or reschedule, they are very flexible with changes. Overall, if you need a new place to take a look at, I would highly recommend Highland Dental!

The staff has nothing but compassion and genuine concern for you, the patient. They are professional, and they explained everything in gentle layman's terms. I cannot tell you how wonderful I was treated as a person and as a patient. After not having anything but cleanings for the past 50 years, which I so looked forward to, I unfortunately cracked a filling/tooth that had to be at least 55 years old. They were wonderful and saved the tooth. I thank every person in the office — the doctors, the assistants, everyone! I would recommend Highland Dental to everyone, and I am sure that you would experience the same wonderful treatment that I had.

The new place is clean, has great aesthetics, and it has the best doctors and assistants that I recommend to anyone looking for a new place that feels like HOME! Dr. Paul is an experienced, incredible, talented, and a true dentist! Their dental assistant Lucy is welcoming, and can speak Spanish and Albanian if needed! They all take care of my 3 kids' teeth, my husband, and in-laws' teeth! We are extremely pleased with Highland Dental since the start. Thank you for all you do for our family.

Highland Dental is the best. Dr. Paul Shteynberg and his associates are wonderful — they are professionals in every sense of the word. They are especially mindful of reducing pain for the patient. Dr. Paul did my tooth implant — it was a lengthy process but more than worth the time. I can hardly tell which tooth it is! And my insurance provider (United Healthcare) paid for every penny. One last word for his receptionist, who is always kind, patient, and efficient. If you are anywhere close to their offices — check them out. I make the trip to see them from Boston — about 45 minutes, and worth the time.

When I finally came here, they fixed it beautifully in my adult years, and I've been a loyal patient ever since. The whole team is professional, caring, and reliable. Veronica at the front desk is always so sweet and welcoming, and every visit feels comfortable from start to finish. I just left my appointment today with my mouth feeling cleaner than ever.
